Glip is a business-oriented software package which enables users to communicate from a centralized platform. In-house teams can share data with one another in a real-time scenario without having to deal with more complicated programs such as Zoho Meetings. As this package is suited for mobile phones as well, it is a great option when business needs to be conducted remotely.
Main Functions and Features
We can think of Glip as an all-in one tool built around the needs of the modern business environment. Users can chat with one another, teams can conduct closed-door virtual meetings and a video calling system is excellent when a webinar may need to take place. Another interesting feature of Glip is that it is fully compatible with other meeting application including (but not necessarily limited to) Salesforce, Dropbox, Asana and Skype. It is quite easy to install and thanks to its universal nature, most users will not require a great deal of orientation.
All functions can be accessed through a centralized portal, saving the business time and money. As projects can be managed by multiple approved users, this system serves to enhance cross-departmental accountability. A free version which contains most of its basic functions is also available although access to all features will require a subscription.
